The lives of TSMC Washington employees are enriched by diverse activities promoted by the TSMC Washington Wellness Team. Past events include holiday parties, summer barbecues, the Thrive Across America physical activity team competition, and participation in community events such as Relay for Life sponsored by the American Cancer Society.
Employee Health
We take our employees' health seriously and provide a comprehensive wellness program that includes biometric screenings and an online wellness program that encourages employees and families to take charge of their health. Our Wellness initiative not only considers the physical well-being of our employees but also their emotional well-being, career goals, financial aspirations and desires for community involvement.
