Competitive Health Insurance
TSMC Washington offers employees a choice of two medical plans and dental plans. Group medical plan options are through Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield or Kaiser Permanante. Dental plan options are through Washington Dental Service or Kaiser Permanente. We are pleased to be able to provide these plans at a low cost to employees.

Life Insurance Plan
While all employees are provided with a basic life and basic accidental death and dismemberment insurance plan at no cost, employees have the option to purchase additional supplemental life and voluntary accidental death and dismemberment insurance at competitive rates. -
401(k) Retirement Plan
We want our employees to meet their financial & investment objectives for retirement. Our fully-loaded 401(k) plan is an excellent tool our employees can use to achieve these goals.- We match 100% of the first 3% & 50% of the next 3% in employee contributions
- All match dollars are immediately vested
- In addition to Traditional (pre-tax) contributions, our employees have the option of making Roth (post-tax) contributions
- In addition to the Plan's core mutual fund options, our employees have the option of investing in any mutual fund through the Plan's self-directed brokerage account feature
- We frequently invite our 401(k) service provider onsite to deliver financial seminars & individual financial consultations.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Through the TSMC Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), employees have the opportunity to purchase TSMC's American Depositary Shares which represent common shares of TSMC. After each purchase, you decide the best use for the stock you acquire through the ESPP. -
Health Spending Accounts
HSAs allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health expenses, save for future medical expenses, and earn money on those saved dollars while they are in the account. The dollars also carryover from year to year; there is no "use it or lose it" rule, and the account is portable so you keep it if employees retire or change jobs. TSMC Washington will also contribute to employees accounts on their behalf.

Employee Assistance Program
We consider emotional health to be essential to our employees’ overall wellness. Our Employee Assistance Program is a confidential service provided by a third party that gives TSMC Washington employees access to a multitude of resources and counseling services to help assist through many of life's challenges. -
Tuition Assistance Program
We provide financial assistance for approved courses, professional training and certifications that are not offered internally at TSMC Washington. -
Time Off Program
Time Off hours accrue each pay period. The types of time off vary by job role. Employees in exempt roles accrue one bank of time off to use for vacation, sick time and/or other personal needs. Employees in nonexempt roles accrue sick time and TOP (vacation) time in separate accounts. Your time off hours begin accruing at a set rate the day you start work and may be used in accordance with the time off policy as soon as displayed in your account each pay period. We encourage you to use the hours that you accrue to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
We also observe ten holidays each year, which include: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr, Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
